CMC was founded by Jürgen Hungerbach in 1981 and has been accompanying companies since then on their way to and in China.

The establishment of the Shanghai HUADE Consulting Co. Ltd. in 1994 created the basis for the investment and trading activities for German companies.

2019 Shanghai CMC Marketing Consulting was founded and fulfills all tasks that were previously taken over by Shanghai HUADE Consulting Co., Ltd.

Our offices in Remscheid and Shanghai enable us to respond flexibly and quickly to our customers’ requirements so as to find rapid and appropriate solutions. On the Chinese side, too, we have very many personal contacts, now strengthened by the mutual trust that has developed throughout more than three decades of cooperation. This is our greatest asset that has long since been conferred by both sides onto the next generation.

A total of more than 30 years’ experience in China means that CMC/HUADE numbers among the leading, China-specialised consultancy companies. The customer base consists mainly of medium-sized enterprises, but also includes some key international players.
